Okay, I just found the "Copy HD to HD with DD" in the Wiki - but, I'm still curious to know if anyone has ever tried this with a hardware based IDE Drive duplicator?

Also, are there any drives known not to work well for this upgrade? I saw something that said to avoid EIDE drives, and another that said there were issues with ATA/133. So will any ATA/100 IDE drive work? I think I also read something that said there might be issues with the mobo looking for a specific drive model or serial no?
