Again I had to find something to fill my (little) free time so here is my latest buy:
Powertip PG 240128-A grafical LCD with T6963C controller.
240x128 pixels, parallel drive, blue/white color and LED backlight.
Bought it at
Modwarehouse for 125 Euro (about 140US$-220AUD$). Had to wait a long time (1.5 month!) because my order (and others) was stolen by an employee of the netherlands postoffice.
Lighting of the LCD is done by six white LEDs on the right side (edge array backlight), good for about 120mA at 3.5V, and a diffusor plate behind the LCD.
