A few Copper bases i made today.....(pics)

The base material is 1/16" copper. These channels are .010" wide and 1/32" deep.

There is a 1/8" endmill there for scale comparison.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the same as above with some extra cuts diagnaly.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mini channel. Same .010" wide and 1/32" deep channels.

Same 1/8" endmill for scale.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nozzel for mini channel base.

there is 1/32" from the bottom of the channels to the bottom of the base.
Only problem I have came across is the base thickness is to thin to tap. not sure where to go from here. I think I will solder on some brass sides...

These bases all tool 1 pass and about 2.5 minutes for the first one, 3 minutes for the second one and 1 minute for the last one.
