Seriously though for 'easy' modding, I'd just remove all the fins and put in a 1/8 central inlet. basicly turning into a BillA style(see his homemade block testing at overclockers.com[not the p0rnsite
]) open~plan swiftech style block. Dimple the middle and get some basic impingment value out of it's piss~poor design
