Yeah... thats what I've recently been noticing... When I bought, they all said 22dB... and I've never thought it was that quiet. though, I've never used another 120mm to compare... (until recently the fan on my vid card was the loudest fan in my case and droned out the 120mm, thank you epoxied U1 athlon cooler
)...
Based upon experience, I'd say that there are probably fans decently quieter.
