Best I can do is give you the dimensions:

1.423" (36.14mm) spacing between the pair of holes on a side, 2.602" (66.09mm) spacing from the holes on one side to the holes on the other side. Those measurements are to the centerline of the holes.

(Info from AMD documentation: 23794 Rev E, those silly savages removed the holes from the drawings in Rev F of the document)

AMD had spec'd the holes in the M/B to be 4.01mm

I've notice diffrent motherboard makers use diffrent size holes but as long as the bolts fit its all good
