Default How big is the core?? (P4)

Hi!

Can anyone help me? I wanna know how big a p4-core is?? in mm please...
If you know the size of amd cpu's please write it down too...

Tbred B core is 84mm^2

It isn't square and I don't know the orientation

Can anybody help me also?

What is the orientation of the tbred 'B'

Are you looking for dimensions with, or without the heatspreader? If you want dimensions without, Volenti would be the guy to ask...

The P4 heat-spreader is 30x30mm

The P4 die is 11.3 x 11.3mm (sure on this one)

The T'Bred B die is 7.3 x 12.1mm (from memory). It is oriented lengthways across the socket (ie. one end is on the side with the mounting arm, etc).
