I believe that it means that you simply drill just enough to make a dimple in the cross paths.

i think that would be a very good block, i think it could be done with a drill press, imagine as if doing a #rotor style block, but with a second plate and the passages that are usually cut with a dremel, you could cut them less deep than usual, the pins also would have curved sides instead of exactly square

what do you think?

im having problems getting a good pump for this block, cause high pressure is a must, im trying to find out if the pump i was planning on using is able to work 24/7.

any pump you would recomend?? 5 bar or more pressure is needed.

5 bars is the equivalent of a 50 meter head, and that's not realistic, for a PC cooling loop.

How did you determine that requirement?

usually more is better

the jets in my block are quite restrictive, so having lots of pressure will assure me that a lot of water flows throu the block.

the pump i putted before has that pressure, so i guess im looking for something similar.
