Air Tight Case (Ridding of condensation)
Hi,
This is my idea, its to get rid of condensation. maybe someone else has done it already if they have please post a link. I have seen other people do this by just putting an air tight box around the CPU area. Instead of putting it just around the CPU im going to put it around my whole computer. What im going to do is make a plastic air tight case, and put silicon bags at the bottom (which will hopefully suck up the humidy, so then condensation cant occur). Im also going to put a A/C radiator from the chiller or phase change unit im going to make (not quite sure what im going to use yet.)to keep the inside cool. The problem is that i dont want silicon (or anything else thats hard to take off) to get on my motherboard, so what i thought of doing is making cords go from my motherboard to the side of the case then i can put as much silicon on it as i like. Have any other ideas on what i could do?? Heres a simple sketch... |

You could also flush the interior with dry nitrogen. That's a fairly cheap thing to do.
