Default Snap Server 2000

Is there anyway to test the transfer speed of my Snap Server? Please keep in mind that I'm uisng a Mac.

There are several network tools for testing performace. I think Helix or Auditor CD has some of these tools, but for PC's, but are unix based, may work. The 2000 is SLOW, due to the original 5400 rpm drives, and software raid. The read should be faster than writes. One primitive way is generate a test file in the 100meg range and time it, then calculate mbps. Since it was design back in 1998-1999 era I would guess the speed will be around 12-15 mbps.
