I think both of you guys should lighten up, because this argument isn't going anywhere. OK, TNT2bluz, you have right to pissed at unaclocker. But can't you cut him some slack? Everybody likes to hear news and secrets you can't hear anywhere else.

I think that Una is actually doing HWLabs a favour in creating hype and arousing interest about a new product. After all, the product *has* been announced in tnt2bluz' frontpage, and information on the recent developments regarding thermally conductive carbon material are publically available.
Of course, like with OCWC or OCH it amounts to nothing if either the product does not perform or the customer service is crap. So let's just hope for both hwlabs and everyone in this fine ol' community that the xicebox lives up to expectation. My main question regarding the xicebox is cost! |

I would save that money you are going to use to sue UnaClocker and put it towards a good lawyer yourself, Microsoft had to fight hard to use the word XBox, like with any internationally known phrase or icon, I would be more worried about them suing HWLabs instead. But thats just me.

Una, we have been chatting about confidentiality on ICQ. There is more than enough there for the courts to accept as implied agreement to confidentiality.
I have now hashed my logs through a secure encrypted authentication server. You have no excuse to have broken this agreement. |

Y'all are just silly. I think I will wait untill it is released before I even belive it exists. But, while I am imagining, it will be cheap and made of carbon foam. I don't quite understand this one. Have you found a new way to create the foam and then dye it the pretty green color?

Willie - Look you may have wanted to have Una be totally confidential with this and such, but you NEVER had him sign anything. Una - Why be such an ass? Una, this reminds me of that time when we went to get that lottery ticket, and I had won the small state of oregon lottery. You wanted me to give you half, but we had never written an agreement. So when you tried to sue me, that's why you lost. Willie, you will lose as well. But now back to the system... as Una unfortunately spilt the beans on, it has never been tested. He's just bitter he isn't getting one of the few review units. I THINK I'm getting one soon to test. -Kevin

Kevin, that's a lot of words for someone so typically sniffing the alcohol off a deodarant stick to get a high.

Here's the deal... Una and TNT cool it. (no pun intended)
I'm not makin any judgements or believing anything more than HWLabs has a prototype case. Until i see something more substantial than a bunch of mud slingin. Cyph3r |

But guys... don't judge the XIceBox until you see it. Willie has confirmed that I WILL be receiving one within the next few days. Yes, it will be a bit pricey, but NOT nearly as much as Vapochill... -Kevin
