Default General HC Question.

As I have noticed many HC's have different soze tanks on top, I began to wonder if they are meant for one to be input and one to be output. Do you guys think it really makes a difference in PC Watercooling?

Flow: Res, Pump, CPU watervlock, Y into both rads, both rads into res independently.
