Default Choosing a Rad?

I'm new to water cooling and was looking for some advice.
Basicly, I want to know if anyone has had sucess with the Swiftech RAD676?
I will be cooling a P4 3.2, NB on a abit IC7-G, and a 9800PRO.
I think I should expect a max heat of about 160-200W
I like the 676 because it's an ideal size and price
Another possible rad is the Pro-120 Core http://www.dtekcustoms.com/index.asp...PROD&ProdID=91
but then I would have to make a shroud (why buy when I can make it better)

anyone had any experience with either of these rads

price is a major factor, I want something nice looking, reasonablely effective, and cheap
I don't want to spend for a black ice but i like the look...

thanks

jman
