Default external w/c enclosure

i won't beable to fill it until i get back to michigan, which is in a few weeks. i'm taking off for the arctic in a few hours, but i finished this just a few mins ago. I still have to drill out and hinge a backplate to route the tubing/wires, and i'll probably paint the inside silver to match the G5.

power cable taken from bit-tech orac project.
