Default Recent new WCer looking for feedback

This is only my 2nd loop ever (first one was about 2 weeks ago) so please feel free to critique! Im not thin skinned and would appreciate any comments or advice.

The full system specs are:
X3220 G0 (possibly switch out for an E8400 or a Q6600 G0 - still testing)
EVGA 750i FTW!
8800 GTS G92 - (1 on RMA)
Corsair HX620W
2 X 1GB PC8500 Mushkin Extreme Performance 5-5-4-12
2 X 320GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 Perps RAID 0

D-tek FuZion
MCW-60
2 X PA 120.3
2 X D5 Vario
Tygon R3603 7/16 ID, 5/8 OD

CM690 modded and painted. Dual loops with a PA 120.3 on each. The GPU loop is supposed to be SLI but Im waiting on an RMA for the 2nd card. The CPU loop is going to include the FETs and the NB in the future which is why I have it on its own loop.

The wires need a tad more tidying, and I need to trim my fill lines as well as perhaps reposition the one going to the top pump. I also am going to get some modders mesh and make a cover for the lower right open area which used to be HD bays to cover up the wires stuffed behind there.

Very nice! Looks a bit crazy with both those radiators on the outside but definitely looking better than most! Have any shots of the other side of one of the radiators? I assume the thing screwed on is a shroud with fans?

Below is how you might change your tubing. Looking very nice though Those odd looking triangle things are the T Line caps.

Its exactly the same Just with less hose and more direct hose paths. And not that this matters but I (and I think most people) usually put the pump right before the block.

Really?

I was told to put the pump before the rad, and then the blocks after the rad that way the coolest water is hitting the block first immed after the rad.

Disagree?

I don't disagree. For the absolute coolest temps you are right, but the cooling effect is minimal. I do the same with mine:

In your case I think you may have gone a little overboard with the dual 3x120 rads, but hey if you like it, more power to ya. You can never be too cool

Yeah, I'd be interested in the difference between the two separate loops or if you just put the video card and CPU in the same loop with only one pump and rad. I guess the order of things doesn't really matter other than the res or T line being behind the pump - it has been said that in almost any place in the average WC system the water won't be more than 1C hotter than any other water in the system.

I see many people including Acid using 90 degree elbows, either when coming off of block or other places.

I had always been told that 90 degree elbows are bad bad bad because of dramatic increased resistance as well as decreased flow.

Whats the scoop? Are 90 deg elbows ok or not?

If they are....WOW I could clean things up alot with just a single 90 in each loop!

Well they do cause a lot of back pressure, flow loss and can even kill your pump if they are right after the outlet. I think you should not use them if you don't need them. If you DO need them then I suggest either using two 45s or a copper 90. (Copper 90s tend to be less restrictive.

I would say it would have to be a sensitive pump or prone to failure anyways, because I have those 90s on my viperfang and it's been running like this for years. Even before this I had a fusionHL, which is a similar design with regard to flow angles.

I agree with Ben though on the copper 90s or 45s. Ideally I would like to plumb most of my system with pipe and some copper 90s, but I don't have time right now to attempt that.
