The variant of the above that's available from Innovatek is available with a photosensor circuit used to read RPM, which can then be hooked to CPU Fan header and suitable "if CPU Fan RPM falls below XXXX switch off" settings applied. HOWEVER, it doesn't cater for folks using tubing with an ID larger than 3/8". The photo above shows it with 10mm OD tubing fitted.
