It just happens you made a very good approximation for the pelts for 226 watt and 320 watt pelts.

It's a good general theory for all pelts as pelts vary depending on the manufacturer. Pelts from swiftech and dangerden are different from becooling and silverprop and different from other companies.

I'm still figuring out what the best pelt would be for my watercooling setup.

I got a quad 120mm heatercore and I not comming close to taxing it. (on my 2.5ghz barton at 1.975V) 5v the fans = same temps as 12volt on the fans lol. idle an d load.

Perhaps a 320watt or 427watt would work best? with the maze4 peltier block?

The 377/437W peltier is 62mm square. I believe the Maze4 is 50mm square.

Having tried the Maze4 it's not as good as the Swiftech MCW5002 when used as a Pelt Block.

BTW, you should change that PowerSupply. There's nothing worse then an Aspire Power Supply. More bling then grunt and often undervolt your lines causing stability problems when overclocking.

Ai, but the 5002 doesn't easily accept 50mm pelts--the Maze4 does. Well, my 5002 has a raised "plateau" on its bottom that's 40mmX40mm........I pressumed this was standard. The pelt would then have overhang not being cooled.
