just one pelt, since installing the heater core.the water after , the . water blocks. on the cpu, and video card. reaches a balmy 100 gaming. and idle around 98.

the cpu , on the other hand. runs
under 80 gaming. and 44 idle.

soon as i can get a hold of the 15 vdc. i can see what the lowest it should go is.

currently running.;:
single 156w.pelt.
ocwatercool.com cpu block.
3dcool.com video bloc.

kt7a
raid -O
512 micron. crucial
pooper 800 duron@1050"put a crak in a 1.3 t-bird "
geforce, 1st gen. ddr.
3com. nic
sb live value.
creative decoder dvd.
currently running . win"me".
thanks.

Well, your stuff is pretty high mhz... I wouldn't be surprised if it is overpowering the peltier. The water will get really hot. I had the same problem when i was using a pelt to o/c my duron.

i now have temps for the inlet side to the , water bloc.
in. 85. far.
out. 100 far. , this is after the peltier.

it idles at 39.

i gues the question. is, besides refrigeration. what else. to keep the temps of the water down. .

You need a bigger radiator to keep the water temps down. Maybe try bigger (higher pressure) fans on the radiator, some don't pass air very easily.

Are we speaking in Ferenheight or Centigrade? I would hope the former, since I wouldn't want boiling water 'cooling' off my system. If your peltier's Vmax is 15v, then 13v would be optimal. Go any higher and the pelt itself will be generating heat. For anybody who doesn't know why 80% of Vmax is best, it's that although the difference in temperature is larger, it is so only because the TEC itself is generating heat and adding it to the hot side. If you're getting really high temps with a 156Watt, you should probably go up to a 172, or higher if you can find one, insulate it all right, and if you got a serious set of cajones. Other than that, make sure you have a very good radiator. The water coming out of the radiator _SHOULD_ be around ambient, maybe a little higher depending on teh positioning of the radiator. For me, ambient is around 70 degrees Farenheight. When I don't have the air conditioner in my room turned on.
