Default Snap Server 2000 bigger disk / bios

I'm running bios 1.2.180
Does anyone know where I can get a later version
Model - Software - Hardware - Serial# - BIOS
2000 series 3.1.608 (US) 1.1.0 20589 1.2.180

*I tried everything i could think of to upgrade the disks on my snap server 2000.
I also cannot get past the 128GB Barrier.
