Default Best HSF for P4 1.8 overclocking?

Not too interested in the noise.
I've heard some good things about the Arkua Technology 8568, Thermaltake P4 Dragon 478, and AVC 117140 Sunflower Cooler.
It seems that the Arkua is pretty quiet while offering good performance, and the thermaltake can be speed adjusted.
So which one should I get if I want good overclocking with minimum noise?
I should be able to get to 2.4 easy with a 1.8, right?

the arkua isn't that bad, the Thermaltake absolutely blows, the avc is quite average too.

buy an alpha 8942

Should I buy a 120mm to 80mm fan adapter and plop that onto the alpha so that I can get the CFM but not the dB?

Alright. I'll do it and post my results. Do you think the fan will block stuff like the video card?

It should fit just fine, but you'll have to measure it to make sure. Every mobo is different...
