Good lord.

How do you fit that freaking thing on a motherboard??? What would that thing be like with a delta 200cfm 120mm fan? This is just too much.

Well, the Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu is 109x109mm.. my guess from the looks of it is that the XP120 is along the lines of 125x100 excluding the heatpipes, or about 125x125mm including them. Since the heatsink flares up and out from quite a small base like the CNPS7000A-Cu, it should fit on most motherboards that the Zalman does, a list of which you can find here for P4 motherboards and here for Socket A motherboards.

0.16 C/W at overclockers.com with a 1350rpm 120mm fan...

"Thermalright went to this size in an attempt to deliver superior performance at low noise levels - they claim to get a C/W of 0.16 (top rank performance) with the 120mm fan spinning at 1350 rpm - very low noise at this speed. What is also noteworthy is this is NOT a heavy heatsink - it weighs in at about 370 grams."

Is watercooling going to die? or is this 'adventurous' by thermalright? Its probably to do with the P4, Id suspect?

Either way, I should sleep instead of thinking about C/W's
