who wants fingers?

(actually speaking of this I almost cut my finger off today. DO NOT experiment with 195cfm 120mm's from delta. I was thinking hmm, I wonder just how bad this can be. blood everywhere)

lol, i stuck my finger in a 92mm panaflo. It put a pretty good sized cut in my finger and one of the fan blades snapped off

I've had a delta 38cfm explode. ran it on 24v. the bios reported it as 9999rpm and XXXXrpm for a couple of seconds before the fan blades seperated. one blade dug a hole in the wall, one in the roof

human fascintion with anything moving

try drawing a line very quickly across a fan motor when the fan is spinning. if you do it right you'll get a really neat spiral on the fan motor

found a 254 mm GE fan in a old drinking water fountain I don't know how many cfm this thing is but with it mounted to the side of case right now case temps are 25c and XP1800+@1770 vcore 1.97 w/ AX-7 and a antec 80mm fan 35cfm 30db on the heatsink cpu temps are 33c buy guessing I would say that this fan is around 42-45db. My case temps are within 2c of the room temps.
