I'd buy one for $101. Anyone else? Maybe this would be a good AC pump for certain online merchants to keep a light stock of.

I'd get one for that price too. Problem is that we need at least 10 people.

And it's not an AC pump, it's another 24V DC pump like the Iwaki RD-30.

I forgot that it was a DC pump. All the better. Hell, I'd buy two for the super system that I'm always about to start "three months from today".

On a slighly similar note, can anyone confirm that our old friend the mcp600 is the 5PI?

It seems to have the same measurements as it according to this .pdf, but the pressure doesn't match. I guess this is due to it being a custom model for swiftec/cooltechnica?

'Speed' and 'Output x Input' doesn't match either.

I think that they (Swiftech and Cooltechnica) have got an older version of this pump.

24vdc doesnt bother me. 100$ is fine too since I'll probably spend 180$ on an md20rz. But who has the option to do these group buys?

I suppose we could simply send them an email and ask if we can do a group buy.

However let's first concentrate on getting at least 10 people to buy one; so far only 3 have showed interest.

Might want to post a thread in watercooling at ocforums.com. That has a fair amount of traffic.

And how did you get the 60% off of 10 orders number?

Hrmmm never saw this pdf before

http://www.panworldamericas.com/site...erfiles/pi.pdf

Size of the pump is 4.4 x 4.6 x 4.8" Like a 120mm fan cubed. Shallower than the MD series.

I haven't got an account there; you're going to have to do it yourself.
In one of my previous posts I asked whether MVC had any idea whether the 60% deal still goes.

Could be interesting to see how many people would buy one for $253x0.4=$101.2=€78.67.
I got it from phextwin's first post in this thread:

With 50 % discouts for orders over five (and 60% for over 10 ). Since i was not ordering five, i couldn't justify the ~520AUD for the purchase.
Size is nice indeed. If I get one I'll definately be comparing it to the Iwaki MD pumps.
I just hope it's reliable and doesn't make too much noise.

So are you going to post this in a few more forums to ask? Think we could get 10 people rather quickly

I wouldn't know which forums to start on... most guys who might buy this pump that I know of are active on this forum and since they haven't reacted I guess they're not interested.

I'll start by sending Panworld an email to confirm the price.

I'll post one after you get the confirmation in OCforums even though a lot of the members there are here. They just have a lot more users.

Also 2cpu, lot of guys there tend to burn a lot of money

I sent an email to them 4 days ago and they still haven't responded...

Do you think I should send the same email to a different address? Try panworldamericas.com instead of panworld.com.sg?
Or maybe I should just call them?

Tried that email-address a week ago; never got a response.
Didn't fill the enquiry form though.

I also sent an email to their address at panworldamericas.com almost 3 days ago now and still not a word.

Dont you just hate waiting to spend your money? If the price comes in under $130, I'd be interested in the deal too. Keep all of us informed here and over at XS.
