Snap Server 4100 OS 4

Hi Everyone,

Was wondering if someone can help me out. I have a 4100 running OS 3.4.803 that I recently purchased second hand and I'm trying to upgrade to the latest OS etc.

Model Software Hardware BIOS
4000 series 3.4.803 2.2.1 2.4.437

Can someone PM me and mail me a zip with the files I need.

Thanks in advance,

Oshar

Just curious, but why? It won't get you much (like >137GB support) in a 4100.

Hi Phoenix32,

I believe there is a problem with the OS I have and intergrating with AD 2003. There is also an issue with a windows security patch (KB number escapes me now but i can find out if you are interested)

Thanks,

Oshar

PS If im totally wrong, please correct me and tell me how to setup users from my AD Domain as the "Use Windows domain security " option does not work as it should.

Thanks but no thanks. I have a workaround....run as a workgroup.

I would still like to upgrade the OS and run the Snap Server as it *SHOULD* be run.

My original post still stands if anyone can help me out.

Thanks
