Default BigBen2k is going AFK!

I'm moving to a new house, so I'll be AFK for a while (possibly a week).

I'll update this later.

Thanks all!

I'll be a stand in bb2k! except unlike him, I have no idea what I'm talking about so it will just be a lot of random spam.

Hmm, I'll be a pretty good stand in!

Speaking of spam I heard Hormel was suing people over the use of the name SPAM for describing unsolicited messages.

not that anyone here cares, I don't quite have the knowlage, expertice or time to make the impact that bigben does but I'm moving too, from olympia, washington pop. 100,000 (maby) to shanghai pop. 20,000,000 (conservative estamate) just looking forward to that 18 hour flight...
although I hear there is a gigantic computer mall full of shops....

Hey YoDuh-87, we don't ban people that often, do we? Only when someone is blatantly and unrepentantly obnoxious.

trit187, What's with the move to Shanghai? Are you moving back home or are you moving because your job has placed you there? Well, whatever the reason, you can take solace that software and movies are DIRT cheap, although they might be a bit less than "legal" (according to US laws and world copyright agreements).

Yeah, but I would think that spamming in every single thread that exists would be defined as "blatantly and unrepentantly obnoxious," don't you think?

my dad's job is moving him over, (intel server division) he's going to be heading some new center they're setting up or somthing. and I'll be tagging along for my senior year of high school, so I'll come back after a year of stumbling around and not being able to talk to anyone. But it should be fun
the problem isn't buying the software(being a teenager absent of morals), it's getting it back to the states when I'm done...

I wish I were absent of morals... I just spent $83 replacing a mobo still under warranty.

FS: my conscience, must go now!

Yeah, I hear ya. I have a PCB revision 1 Soyo P4X400, and it doesn't have PCI/AGP frequency locks on it like the later models. People keep encouraging me to RMA it, but I don't think that is an honest thing to do, as there is nothing wrong with it...

Honesty may be the right way to go about things, but it sure is expencive

Default partly back...

Just got the phone line turned on yesterday!

The move was a last minute, 2 day long scramble (and I mean 48 straight hours!), but everything is ok. So much work to do...

I should be able to login regularly sometime within the next 5 days.

Check out my update in the networking forum.
