Cutting a blowhole for the YY cube

Hi all!
Well, I might as well get some advice BEFORE I do more cutting and screw things up even more. Okay, I plan on cutting 2 blowholes on the top of the YY cube similar to Kevin's. I have a dremel and a power drill (i'm not sure if it's *that* powerful). Anyways, This is what I was thinking. I would like as much feedback as possible.

1) trace hole
2) along the inner circumference drill out a series of holes using the power drill.
3) use the dremel to cut out the "honey comb"
4) use grinding bit or file.

sound good?
Thanks alot!

just use the drill to drill the 4 mounting holes (use the fan grill to mark the 4 holes, as well as the circle you plan on cutting. take your time measuring, so your holes are not crooked). use dremal alone to cut the hole out (using reinforced fiberglass cut-off wheels). use a curved file so smooth the hold out, OR, use some molding to cover it up. if you want, you can go to my crappy website and see how i cut out my window (same priciple as cutting out a blowhole, lots of short, straight lines). just take your time on everything, and it *should* come out ok!

Don't forget... a cd rom has a diameter of 120mm... So it's the perfect guide to trace a circle for your blow hole!

if you make a circle, whatever you do, cut 3 or 4mm on the inside of the line, you can always cutout more, but it's a lot harder to cutout less
