Looks really cool.
That should preform quite nice. If you are up for them, I do have some recommendations for better efficency though. First, I would try and add some sort of shroud between the fans and heatercores to avoid some "dead" spots in the heatercores. Second, the plumping looks good; dual serial connections in parrallel. Personally, I would rework it so that all four of your heatercores are working in parrallel. That way the water will be the "hottest" in all the heatercores and can cool them more efficently than having the first heatercores cool the water, then the second heatercores cooling "already partically cooled" water. Keep up the great work.

It even has wheels! Looking good. What do you plan to cool with that beast and what is that pump there?

I don't see how the shrouds will work with this being the holes in the plexy are cut to the 120mm size and the rads seem to be pressed right up against the acrylic. I think you will have more than enough cooling power there anyway. Looks good!

I'd also strongly suggest a shroud - getting the fan an inch away from the radiator makes a huge difference. And are you sure that pump is enough for all those obstructions?
All in all, great job. Looks very snazzy. What are you cooling with that monster? Alchemy |

From plexy->rad->fan to fan->plexy->shroud->rad. Brings some torque to the screws that hold everything (since the heavy rads gets moved out from the acryllic), and means disassemble the whole pice and start all over. Some work, but not impossible. I´m also a bit curious what takes 4 heater cores to cool. regards Mikael S. |

Looking closer (silly me, should have done that earlier) I see that the fan and rad are already at each side of the plexy. Should be quite easy to add some shrouds to it. Just make the shrouds thick enough, so the rad hoses comes clear from the plexy.
Skee^, it looks really brutal! As asked before; *what* are You going to use this for? regards Mikael S. |

Methinks that if the central trunk of your cooling loop was increased in ID, you could use this for multiple machines. The other bonus is it would look much better than my hope chest of doom, as well.
Gawd, I wish I had a reason to start another project!
