Troll Alert: Beware of LiquidRulez
another sad troll story. Put a wtb on this forum for gpu and cs wb's, and he sent me an email in april that he would make me some custom ones for aprox $90. We emailed back and forth with his designs until I said yes and then I sent PayPal him half the money, $45. After not hearing from him for about 2 weeks I email,PM him and he pmed back saying he had a death in the family and would try to get it to me the next week. After 4 months and no contact I guess I can say I have been trolled. Funny thing I see he stills post's here

Funny, i thought he was a nice guy, since he designed a 'secret block' that was quite cheered by many of the pro's here, but i guess not all the good block builders are good persons...
MichaelMuck, was his secret block that you paid for? |

Unfortunately, when i checked the post, he had already deleted all the pics of the block, and erased all his posts. I wonder if anyone is able to post those same pics... |

I might be wrong but I think winewood might have the pictures of this "secret" block. MichaelMuck have you asked for your money back?

I think we should all go on the offensive if we see him around here again, demanding he explain himself. This is uncalled for, and he should be held to task until this issue is resolved.

I don't know if there is any information that Joe can help you with (no chance the guy's in WI eh?) but we'll do what we can. Wasn't there another forum he was posting in and selling blocks from? |

Micheal,
I dont hang around this forum to much anymore . And I dont know how you have tried to contact me because I have received no emails from you in months, since I sent you the chipset blocks. I sent you the blocks months ago, and I have no idea why youre going around slandering me in public forums and saying that I didnt. Being that I dont have the package slip any longer , as I dont keep them in my records(up until now!), I have just sent you $45 via paypal..... this way ,in case this needs to go to court because of your obscession of constant slander of me online for no apparent reason,Ill have some sort of permanent record of it and proof that you were not done wrong by me. I would appreciate it if you would cease from further slandering of me and my reputation ANYWHERE, as this is uncalled for, and I will not tolerate it any longer. Enjoy youre free blocks bud! .....@BillA .......I dont appreciate you making any personal information available about me in a public forum...but it was innevidable for some @sshole to do such a thing without hearing from the person in question first.......... so,why not by the biggest @sshole anyone can think of. This seems to be a standard at Procooling (pointing fingers and making huge @ssumptions solely based on dribble and not FACT),.........this is my sole reason for not visiting here at Procooling much anymore, among many .......

Since we have an apparent confirmed resolution of the issue, I went ahead and removed the name and e-mail addy, in Bill's post. (with my new moderator powers, muhaha!)
I'm not going to take sides here, so don't ask me to. All I'll say is: delivery confirmation costs less than a dollar, and is always a good investment. I will restore the contact info in Bill's post, if the situation changes. |

Okay, now I'm really confused. Who is the troll here? Honestly, if LR was trying to rip you off, why pay you back? WTF ....

Man !!! who do you believe? So let me see MichaelMuck say’s he never got any of the blocks (From what understand). LiquidRulez say’s he sent the block but no longer has the slips ( That’s understandable). So LiquidRulez doesn’t check his PM ? Ok NP I don’t remember the last time I checked mine. This just might turn out to be another case where no one knows what happened. It possible LiquidRulez sent the blocks but MichaelMuck never received them (This happens). Maybe its worth spending a little more on delivery confirmation on the seller part.

and yet another take:
notice the time to resolution after his name and e-mail was posted ? and for this I am called: ".....@BillA .......I dont appreciate you making any personal information available about me in a public forum...but it was innevidable for some @sshole to do such a thing without hearing from the person in question first.......... so,why not by the biggest @sshole anyone can think of." so perhaps it is understandable why this guy (another Joe, lol - such coincidences) does NOT wish his name to be known why the need to hide behind a handle ? BTW Joe, if I am the biggest a-hole you can think of you have limited experience - and are blind to the world about you to the other apologists popping up: IF the blocks had been sent, then WHY was the balance due not requested ? come on, excuses are being compounded by lies EDIT: wow, whuat spfeling ! I am with Bill. I post a link to people who regularly track down internet scammers. Then Bill posts his name and e-mail address (which would be what is needed to find him, eh?). IMMEDIATELY he refunds money and posts here about it. Supposedly he doesn't read these forums but it didnt take him long to reply to this thread, did it?
No apologists up in these parts Bill. |

Yes it seems the issue was resolved quickly after his name and email got posted. Why would you not request the rest of the payment for a product you say you shipped?

[moderator mode] I'm going to ask everyone from refraining to make comments on this: we don't know the details of the deal, including payment arrangements and timing. We don't know the details of what happened, and really, it's between MichaelMuck and LiquidRulez.
What we do know, is that there's a resolution, unless Michael confirms otherwise. I'm going to lock this thread if I see another comment based on no information. Now if Michael could confirm that this has been resolved, we can put an end to this. |
