Dehumidifier Compressor
Hey guys, i got my Dehumidifier modded in only 2 days. Could have been done in one day if that screw came out easily. So I got running and my Compressor gets pretty hot. I aimed a Comair Rotron and a 120mm 120v fan @ it and its still hot. What do you guys suggest i do? I thought of submerging it in the coolant water but ppl told me thats no good. Any Suggestions?

I've got a suggestion! Here's what you do:
Absolutely nothing! Everything is fine. That's the way it works. For our own interest though, maybe you can tell us if it heats up your room any. |

thx bigben. Thats what I was thinking too. But i think i'll leave my comair rotron pointed at it and wait for any wierd noises. I dont think its safe for me to run it without a fan pointed at it. See i think its getting hot cuz the Evaporator used to get cold air from the condensor since its right infront of it so the fan would suck nice cold air. i'll try to make my own Plexiglass case for this stuff or maybe get a YYCube (which I hate).
