VGA Cooling

Im looking at getting some great (if not overkill) passive cooling for my Radeon 9600. (I wanna vmod it and OC it). I was wondering what recommendations anybody has. So far it looks like these are the best two coolers I can find:

Of the two I am not sure which one is better, but I'd really appreciate any input :-) I don't want to spend more than about 40-50, which would disinclude water then. So what is the best passive/hsf I can buy to slap onto my Radeon 9600?

The black one is better. Blue is played out. Both should be good enough for a 9600 as they dont run that hot.

I'm actually considering replacing my 9800Pro cooler with something a little more effective. I've got a nice Silverprop Fusion and an okay DD Maze4 gpu block on 2 systems. I've got a smaller microatx box so I'm just going air. I'd really like to some better OCs, but I need better than stock air. Suggestions?

Get small waterblocks and a small radiator?

Do you have enough room for a VGA silencer?

This vga silencer? Yeah, I can lose the PCI slot. Is it actually significantly more effective than the stock cooler?

Is it better than the Cooler Master Cool Viva VGA Cooler?

Better yet, anyone know of a good site that does reliable graphics card cooler testing and I'll just read up on it.

I'm using the DD maze 4-1 on my 9800pro without the peltier... This sucker is huge. I'm sure there is a slimmer and more graceful (and lighter) solution for watercooling a 9800 pro.

I've used the Vantec Iceburq4 Pro, a nice little copper cooler, which combined with the OCZ memory cooler sinks helped me clock a Sapphire 9800Pro with only 128mb of memory to clocks of 434 GPU & 392 memory. For a air overclock of a discount version of the 9800 Pro (due to the reduced amount of memory), not bad.

I need to get around and try a Fusion I have here on it soon.

I've been running Arctic Cooling VGA Silencers on both my 9500Pro and 9800 Pro From the day the coolers came out. They gave higher OC's on both cards........

I removed one for water cooling a month ago or so and the second is coming off for water cooling this week.......

But for air cooling, you can't beat them...........
