Oh man! I hate not being online for extended periods of time! I've got to get @homeBB

Boli,

Thats a nice solution (pen mod). That style of res/trap had me boggled, it's a tough one to get working w/o all the bubbles!

Unfortunately, my former design (see in previous post) the little lucite plate's epoxy came unbonded and now there's bubbles EVERYWHERE! Well not spilling out, but my systems water lines are clouded with micro-sized bubbles! But it doesn't really seem to effect the cooling temps too much... When it's about 90°F outside, my room is at least ~26-28C! ANd my idle temps are around 40-42's (lol!) And the max never gets any higher than 2-3C... So I'm going to have to un GOOP the thing and use a stronger form of epoxy (Devcon Plastic fusion is the best kind!) What I've noticed is that the clear epoxy that I'm currently using

Nice huh? lol, anyhow, when dried and exposed to my water+antifreeze mix, it turns a dark turquoise, but it still holds fine... well at least for the seals, but not the lucite+PVC bond! I'd like to find a clear epoxy that bonds like plastic-fusion, and doesn't cure an ugly opaque color :/ Anyone have any suggestions?

BTW-Thanks to all that have posted pics, thoughts, ideas... and lastly to the kind folks that gave me the stars!

IPS makes Weld-On #4, which would be ideal here. Otherwise, you can always seal your epoxy joints with "Goop".

Erm where is the water flow.. if it is where I think it is you still get a drop ino the water - thus bubbles which is the main reason I put into effect the pen case mod.

Also you'll have a job joining those shapes together without leaks.
