Default Actual (delta)Tmax of 226W pelts

Does anyone know who manufactures the 226W pelts like the ones listed on DangerDen.com? The site says its DTmax is ">67C". If it's ">" (greater than) 67C, then what is it? Thanks guys.

As far as i know the coldsides are placed in a vacuum and then the hotsides are watercooled to give 25C and then 50C, whilst the coldside temp is measured...

Not exactly practical although you could put loads and loads of armaflex over the coldside and try....

Yes I realize that, but I'm using these "optimal" specs to compare them with others. I need the dTmax at 0C. Does anyone even know the manufacturer of these pelts? I tried emailing DD, but they never replied. If I can get the mfgr, I can email the mfgr myself. Thanks for your help.

doesnt delta T max = seperation between hot and cold, therefore a delta T max of 0C would give no cooling?

Nah bro, dTmax is the maximum temp difference between the cold and hot sides. When someone says 67C @ 0C, it means that one side is at 0C and the other is 67C cooler or warmer.

I gave jess a quality source of tecs a while back (before he went awol) they made a 3.1v @ 100amp monster, and iirc the 220w they made was the same spec as what dd and others retails but they were only charging $14 a unit, with 10 being the min order.

Ill dig up the link when im back from the US.
