Nice!

I notice how you have the option of not using the middle plate for peltier use if you want?

Looks like a nice versatile block.

I agree.

If i see right, why did you use different fitting sizes. I am guessing because of of the broad area of holes in one of the plates?

Do you plan on selling it?

Looks very nice. Should perform well, even with peltiers.

I gotta say it though, that's a heck of a lot a machine time to make something like that. At a rough estimate, we'd be looking at something approaching two hours just to mill that out if they are 1mm wide channels. If 1.5mm (or 1/16") wide you should be able to get it down to around 1 hour.

Any more details will not be revealed until I have an actual working model in my hand. And those of you who have had your hard work copied can understand where Im coming from.
Im not trying to be a jerk. I just have to protect myself.....
ANyone who thinks that they are going to replicate my design at anytime in the future, for their own financial gain, better think again, as I have covered myself before revealing anything in a public forum.....whether its worth anything or not......its my work, my design and you bet your @ss that Im going to protect it at what ever cost.
I just wanted to get that out of the way from the start.
Nice work LR. I was wondering why revealing this at all? If you plan to hopefully sell this idea, why not wait till you had good CW figures in hand with a working prototype? I don't think anyone would buy it without them. Aside from all that, I had an understanding that you couldnt patent a block? If it isn't patented, then how else could you protect yourself? Since I think you design has so much potential, why not just edit and remove this thing now, and save yourself some grief. I'm not attempting to argue, just protect a good idea for YOUR profit.

Also, how can you simulate this? I have an idea on a block as well, but didn't even think of simulating it on computer first.

As many ppl before me said:

Congrats on the project! One thing I would do (but not sure it's needed) is, the wall between inlet(s) and outlet hole in the base plate, I would make it little thicker, probably leaving some more material on the inner side (inner most channel) so with the O ring and good clamping to prevent 'leaks' between inlets and outlet holes...

Great work!

Cheers

There's an option right at the top of the editing screen that you have to tick a box in. Probably have to be an emty thread though, as in nobody browsing/reading in it ...

I would of liked to have seen the pics ...
