Default setup opinions

hi all, i'm new to the water cooling world of computers and after browsing these forums for a couple of days, some of your all's knowledge awes me.
now that i feel dumb, i need advice on this WC set up i'm looking at for my P4 2.4B. It has to fit completely inside one of those chieftec cases.
feel free to shoot me down...

-DD maze3 w/lucite top
-DD z-chip NB block
-swiftech MCW50 GPU for my radeon9700pro
-BIX rev.2 rad w/ 90CFM fan
-new swiftech pump (will eheim fit behind my drive cages?)
-3/8" or 1/2" tubing

i want to WC the NB because i'm sick of the 40mm fan on it. is the DD z-chip worth it or will it copletely destroy my flow?
I chose the swiftech pump because it seemed like a good, small pump. otherwise i might go with an eheim 1048.

thanks for your input... i hate feeling like a n00b
