The friend copyman made one review of it and compared with the TC-4.
It sees review (it is in Portuguese, but for the photos it is possible to take off the conclusions)

My English is bad.

Some info here. The basic idea is based on jet impingement, but I think in reality the block is functioning well primarily due simply to turbulence.

No matey it was quite easy in fact (for a first timer) i build petrol tankers and fabricate all sorts of things for a living also been soldering brazing and welding for around 20+ years, But the hardest part is my attention span (around 10 minutes) I came here on a link from ABXzone.com and saw the phase cooling and i gotta have one ASAP just been in touch with a mate who has an aircon business to see about a compressor and cost of filling the system, Some one else asked about internal shots there are some up on my website but it doesnt allow linking If you want to see them heres the address cheers mateysMy Website

No matey, I just bend them cold, I think if you heated them up the sides would deform too easily, I used a pulley with an 8mm U groove to bend them, later matey

Here is a first attempt at a waterblock, just a test design really, wanted to see how well it would machine. The whole thing was machined using a 1/16" endmill and a 1/16" ballnose cutter was used on the radius all around the outside.

It's no mystery on the 9800 block they are plugged & sealed holes that were for joining the chamber to the loop channel see the 9800 cooler topic.

On the HDD block basically it was my #@ck up . Both would not be seen once the blocks are finished how intended......
