looks like a nice case, real nice price too.. is it completely aluminum?


Oh, Bigben, whats with the raid setup, you got 4 nice HDs... get yourself a good raid card (in other words, a 3ware).... you can get a 6410 for $99 (amazing deal, great raid card). Or if you want a really amazing setup, get a 7450, with a nice raid5 setup. Bets the hell out of 0+1 (not to mention, 3ware is one of the VERY few companies that actually makes true hardware raid cards).

Those cases are really nice, if you like the plexi over aluminium front bezel. I'd rate them a little below Lian Li.

As for raid stuff, my promise sx6000 is really nice

I know, I know...

Just about anything beats a built-in Promise controller, and given the choice, I'd rather run in raid 5, but I just want a performance increase, without sacrificing reliability, and this will work, for now.

Maybe I'll write an article about switching to raid 5... whenever I get to it.
