Default Need help to O/C

I had my 1.8 o/c to 2.57Ghz(143FSB)
but when I changed CPU's from a 400MhzFSB to 533 MHZ FSB
(I bought a 2.53 GHz CPU)
I cannot overclock it at all...
I got a MB that should overclock good (ABIT it7Max)
I have fast RAM GEIL 433 MHZ ram. So it should go fast...
But when I raised the FSB from 133 to 134. Or any combination higher... it crashes.. even with the most relaxed timings set in my BIOS it refuses to overclock. even after raising my CPU voltage up to 1.8 v
my CPU cooler is a Swifty MCX478.
and I have plenty of air flow(really)
Pictures here

I had a 2.4 GHz CPU in the same machine temporary and it refused to overclock as well
any ideas?
