Default Need Help with 4000 series

Icon display says:
Model Software Hardware Server # BIOS
4000 series 3.4.790 (US) 2.0.1 308246 2.0.282

Is this a 4000 or 4100?
I have no docs and the stickers are no help.
The chips on the inside all say intel or isi or something like that.

I have a failed drive and I need to find a way to save this unit, I have the data backed up, so that is no problem.

My copy of assist will not connect to the drive, but I can get to the web interface with not problems.

Can you help me with some suggestions, and software?

Getting desperate here, the floks who use this everyday are getting nervous.

Thanks in advance.

The 4100 has seperate controllers for each drive. Where the 4000 has 2 drives/controller.

Does the front panel indicate which drive failed?

Does the disk utility show a problem?

Does the error log list which drive?

Use "in de" or "in lo p -l" or "info log T" from debug

If it is 2U chasis, it is a 4000, 1U chasis would be a 4100.
