Thanks, maybe next week it'll be ready. There's much more work to do.

Here it is nearly completely milled. See Jaydee, you were the one who said that it couldn't be milled!

Well I still stand by that, this is not the same block I said that about but a sever revesion of it. Hell I could mill this with my POS mill.

Looks good non the less! I don't see a cone in the middle though. Is that C110 copper or some type of allow? Looks weird. May just be the camera flash....

The only modification done was changing the channel width from 1.5mm to 2mm and reducing them from 12 to 10.

Exactly, do you understand the difference between a 2mm and a 1.5mm end mill?. Not that this person couldn't do it as it apperas he has a very good mill though. I would snap a few 1.5mm endmills if I attempted the original design but I am shure I could do it if I spent a good 6hrs on it. I belive I could also do Bens block aswell given a alot of patients and time. Neither of which I have at the moment. My impossible statment I will retract.

That's good.

The flash may deceive you. The flash makes copper look redder. In this case, that is its natural colour. It looks the same as the maze 3.

We don't know if it's C110 or C101. Is there any way to know?

Yes it is. And you would have to have a actual sample of both materials to compare, and a lab guy that knows what he is doing. That university probably has such equipment, but then you have to come up with the materials. Bah!

I'm sorry, but I could never use a waterblock that was patterned after the Divine Order, unless, of course, I was Captian of the most powerful force of destruction in the two know Universes...

Looking forward to it!

Make sure you include the details of your inlet geometry! I want to see how it's going to perform, because it's the closest thing to my block that I've seen, but I'm not close to an actual build yet.

It's a reference to a tv show called "Lexx".

Those pictures are from when the milling wasn't complete. The rod is now a cone.

The guy that did that for us is p1ssed because it took him a lot of time. He also lost 3 endmills. Don't think we'll get to have 2

You should offer to replace those endmills: it's the least you can do!

I'm certainly looking forward to purchasing a dozen 1.0 mm endmills

No shit eh? That was the basis for my original "Imossible" statement and is also why the WW is so expensive. Copper milling is a expensive whore. I like cheap whores myself!!!

He lost 3 high speed steel endmills and gave him 1 carbide endmill. They are so expensive
