1/2 ID tubing suggestion needed
I need a very flexible 1/2" ID tubing that does not collapse that easy, the cheap clear stuff at Home Depot Blows, the braided stuff is too stiff to work with in my specific location, anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks! Jim |

Silicone is the way to go. It kinks easier, but it also seals much tigher because it actually alows the clamps to compress a little.
This weekend I'll be removing the parts of my system that use vynal and replacing them with silicone. |

At www.mcmaster.com, they have thick and thin walled hose. Make sure to grab the thick walled as it is quite difficult to kink. The thin stuff kinks easily.

I'm not sure about that stuff, but vinyl tubing is in general quite stiff.

It was very flexible(when I heated it up a little) and stayed to its shape after I put it in place(no kinking whatsoever) figured this might help people that need good tubing.

yeah that's true, if you get vinyl warm then cool it it'll hold a shape pretty weel, as long as the water in your setup doesn't get to hot
