31, and a hobbyist.

OCing since '98, water-cooling since '00, phase changing this year.

I'm a Power Lineman, although this is my 3rd trade.
I'm an auto mechanic, and a sheet metal worker too.

I get bored easy

34, Engineer (materials) for Shock Physics @ Washington State University. Been water-pelt-phase change cooling since the original 300a, overclocking since the P166, using computers since mid-1970's when I was a kid (dad is a college professor.) All the computer and cooling related stuff has just been a hobby for me.

I've been lurking for a while, really enjoying the quality of projects that are going on here. Might have to add some of my own stuff if I can get around to it.

Hey Joe, how's things going? Haven't talked with you in quite a while.

N8 My Man!!!! I was going to email you and see what was up!

I would love to have someone with your cooling experience on the site! Between you and FrostyFox, thats where I got much of my cooling ideas and drive from.

Nice to see you around here bud! and I am doing great.. got a good job, solid car, and a nice apt. Now all I need to do is get a kitchen table so I can start testing stuff again.

Joe

16 here, i was 15 when i registered. I've been into comps for a while, i remember using an OS called D-tree because this was b4 windows 3.1 came out . I got most of my comp knowledge by tinkering with old POS's. I overclocked the first comp i "owned" from 100mhz to 133 "WOW". I built my first comp when i was 12 and have been constantly modding it since. its more of an obsession than a hobby now...

I feel old with all these teens and twenties around!

42, MCSE, almost a BS. in Computer Science (surprise!), doing Tech Support and R & D (mostly in Linux) in Stamping/Machining Systems for a "large automotive manufacturer" as a contractor. Still not sure what I want to do when I grow up! I guess I'll worry about that when I get there.

38 and still growing up. I retire in less than six months after serving over 20 years in the military. I'm a hardware/network tech who ran some computer repair businesses on the side in Europe. I started with computers in 1986 and have loved tweaking, tuning, and modding them ever since. Two of my best were Da Viper and Midnight Blue. Now working on ICE3.
