Note that is a 1/8" endmill in the pic. The pins are less than 1/16". I used a Xenetech XOT 16x26 Rotory Engraver.

My first attempt.

It had the large top so I could experiment with different jet heights. The next block will be similar but with 4 smaller cloverleaf designs and 4 smaller jets when I get a bit of time

Beautiful. I love seeing improvisation, I bet it performs on a par too.

now using a thermaltake base with more fins that the akasa base also as i made many tops for these to test i used the copper tube instead of barbs. it didnt take long for the epoxy to go soft.

after the block was made i used a belt sander to thin the baseplate down from 4mm to 1.5mm .

first attempt at a jet tube block this one had a flat 1.5mm base no cups but not enough support when clamped to the cpu and it would bend under the pressure.

now the fun starts. i was never able to get the balance between tube ID and cups and ran out of time and money to complete so just bought a cascade instead.

more tubes / cups
