No, I think thats cu, but the flash makes it look like Al.

What would it matter if it was AL? Its a GF2 or 3 for christ's sake

Corrosion... Not good for the parts in the cooling loop. Big no no to mix AL and Cu. I think it is copper though. The flash takes some of the color away. And are those 1/4" 90 degree barbs?

Thats what the "Battery Effect" is. More like the current accelerates the corrosion.
