Default Snap 1000 OS upgrade question

Hi there,

I recently upgraded our Snap 1000 to v3.4, and now there are several computers running Windows XP Pro on the network that cannot access the Snap Server! I can ping the IP address of the Snap, I can see files, but I cannot access them. I've checked the permissions, and narrowed it down to being a hardware issue with these particular computers. I'm thinking since we log onto another network using ADS on a Windows 2000 server, that there is an issue with the computer and the Windows Server will not let the select machines use the Snap. Also, I wanted to download jvm.sup update, but cannot find it on the Snap website. Please help...I've been messing with this for 3 days!!!! Thanks!
