snap server manager

hi
i am trying to configure quantum 4400 with snap server manager, but all options under administration is grayed out except register server
does it needs to be registered before the options become available

is this the correct manager for quantum, or is there another available if so where
i tried using the web option http:\\ipaddress\config no reply

can someone please offer some advice

The server manager is only partial for usage without a KEY for each unit you want to manage. It still works, it is just more limited on what you can do without the keys. Keys have to be bought from Adaptec. And before someone out there asks, no I have not seen a key generator for it.
