Orphaned Snapshot on 410
Okay this is just plain goofy.
This is basically my settup; Guardian OS 4.4.049 1Gig RAM 4 disk raid5 (4 - 250Gig disks) Snapshots are twice a day with duration of 30 days. (Yes I know that's huge but Department Heads want to be able to go back a month to cover their b-tts) Seems I picked up an orphan snapshot which I cannot delete through the normal web interface. According to the "Snapshots" listing page it was created 12/31/1969 and due to expire 01/01/1970. When I try to delete it I notice that most of my other snapshots seem to be dependent to this ORPHAN and they will be deleted as well. Any ideas how to get rid of this odd ball or what maybe caused it? |

Re: Orphaned Snapshot on 410
You may have to stop the snapshots schedule (and delete the schedule) to delete odd snapshot. It does have a date that is not valid or was active when the system date was wrong.
You know if you fill up your SnapShot space it will automatically delete the oldest snapshot.
