Snap 410 upgrades?
I was able to upgrade the hard drives on my 4400, I'm trying to do the same for my snap 410, I was told this isn't possible and I needed to buy a 510. Is that true? I want to swap out the 410's 1TB to 2TB (four 500GB drives).

Re: Snap 410 upgrades?
Early on Adaptec said they were going to kill user upgrades. But this has not been confirmed. I think a user did do an upgrade to a 410. But in order to see full capacity you MUST do a clean install to remove all markers of the original HD's.
I would search for 410 and see if you can find the thread. There are not vary many on the 410.
