4200 Iscsi Major Problem!
hi,
my boss was cheap and didnt want to upgrade the mail server, i moved the information store to a ISCSI drive on our 4200 (few weeks/reboots ago), all was well and no problems. now though its 333am 5hours after i rebooted the server, now it seems that the 4200 has failed to create the iscsi service, There seems to be nothing waiting for me to connect to. i have rebooted many times (remote) and still nothing, i have changed settings (iscsi) and created a new one, same thing. What is the linux command to start this service.. i cannot find it anywhere, i did a netstat on the 4200 and its not even listening for a ISCSI conenction, not sure what happend.. any help would be great, on sitting on 42gigs of emails hah.. thanks J |

Re: 4200 Iscsi Major Problem!
I haven't a clue on how to help you. The Kernel is Gentoo Linux if that helps any. You are the first to post such a problem.
Guardian OS problems have just started showing up within the last 6 months. I'm afraid that your setup is larger than my home.
