Default CA Antivirus not working on a 4400

I'm trying to get to the CA Antivirus settings on a 4400 server. According to the SnapExtensions page it's enabled but when I click on the 'Configue Etrust Antivirus' link it tries to go to: http://192.168.1.8/ino/index.html - which results in an 'Error 404 Not Found' page.

Using OS version 4.0.228

Anyone any ideas??

Cheers

Not sure - I didn't set it up - this will be on the CD that came with the server?

If I do install it won't affect the rest of the settings on the server will it??

Cheers

it is one of the addons for the snap server, if you are in the admin GUI you will see an icon in the upper right with for snap addon extensions they are programs that can be purchased from Adaptec to work such as CA , and backbone back up solutions and such. you have to enable the addon for it to work. Many of the addons require a SKL or a purchased Key for them to enable I do not recall if CA requires this or not as my snap server recently Died. but that should get you in the right direction.
