I think what he is trying to say is that he already has 3 other water blocks in his system, and his pump is not that strong. So he is asking about a CPU waterblock that will provide good cooling, while not straining the pump too much, because it is already working close to its max head (or what he beleaves to be close to the pump's max head).

Did I understand your question correctly?

perhapse. But maybe his financial situation only allows him to get a CPU block OR a new pump. And he NEEDS a new block, where as a new pump would only make the situation better, but is not absolutely neccisary.
